Return, Replacement & Refund Policy – MOTORCYCLE LEATHER SUITS

At MOTORCYCLE LEATHER SUITS, your satisfaction is our top priority. All products undergo strict quality checks before shipping, but if you need to return or replace an item, please follow the guidelines below.


Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

  • Returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, in like-new condition, with all tags attached.

  • Only defective items or orders with our error will be considered for return or replacement.

  • Photos of defects must be provided before any return or replacement is approved.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs, except when we made an error.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies for returns that are not due to defects.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Products purchased on sale or discount, unless defective, are non-refundable.

  • Made-to-measure and fully customized leather products are non-returnable and non-replaceable.

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged cannot be returned.

  • Customers ordering more than two items simultaneously are not eligible for return or replacement on all products.


Exchange Process

  • To exchange a product, send back the item using a trackable shipping service after receiving return approval.

  • Once received, your replacement will be processed within 30 days.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not been fulfilled.

  • Cancellation requests after 24 hours cannot be refunded, as processing begins immediately.

  • Customized or special items may have different cancellation terms.

  • To cancel, please provide your name, order number, and email address used during purchase.


How to Return

  1. Request Approval: Contact us to request a return or replacement and provide your order details. Include photos if the item is defective.

  2. Return Address: Once approved, our team will provide the return address.

  3. Ship the Item: Use a recorded delivery service for your protection.

  4. Processing: Our sales team will respond within 48 working hours to guide you through the return process.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed 7–10 working days after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
